BOOKING POLICY AND INFORMATION RESERVATIONS

PLEASE NOTE: At time of booking,a deposit may be required. Your card will not be charged the balance until the day of your charter, UNLESS a cancellation occurs less than 3 days from the time of departure (see cancellation policy below). Payment is made at the boat prior to departure.

We accept cash, credit cards and traveler's checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Charters consisting of only one boat may be canceled three days prior to departure date without incurring any cancellation fee.
- Charters consisting of two or more boats that cancel or decrease the number of vessels within five days prior to the departure date will be charged 50% of the total charter fee for each vessel canceled. Charters canceled within 24 hours prior to departure time will be charged 50% of the charter fee.
Saltwater Cowboy Charters reserves the right to cancel any charters due to inclement weather. No fees will be incurred in this eventuality. The captain may also provide inland fishing or cruising as an alternative to "extremely rough off-shore fishing" if a "severe weather bulletin"* is in effect, the charter will be canceled and no fee will be incurred.

Please be advised: A small craft advisory is not considered severe or unsafe weather. Weather forecasts seen on television are not considered a reliable source for sea conditions.

Saltwater Cowboy Charters is dedicated to safety first, as such the Captain will make the final decision whether to fish or not.

Saltwater Cowboy Charters does not sell or provide personally identifying data to non-affiliate third parties for promotional purposes, but may collect and share aggregate website statistical information (such as sales, traffic patterns or related information) with third parties. No such shared statistics will contain any personally identifying user information.
